Wooden Cross is proud to host The Acorn Montessori School, a warm and nurturing Montessori learning community for young children. Acorn offers a calm, individualized educational environment grounded in the Montessori method, where children learn through hands-on exploration, discovery, and meaningful interaction with prepared materials designed to support their natural curiosity and development. Class sizes are intentionally small to foster confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in each child. Nestled on our wooded campus, the school’s outdoor spaces also give students room to explore nature as part of their day.
